About the role
- Manage, schedule, and coordinate the process and work of employees who install LJB Fall Protection projects
- Collaborates with clients, LJB project managers and design staff for project planning
- Estimate construction labor and material costs for opportunities and proposals
- Use construction drawings to determine tools, materials and processes required for installation
- Procure materials and equipment necessary for projects
- Oversee project/work site ensuring safety standards and quality work are adhered to
- Collaborate with clients, supervisory staff, subcontractors, and design professionals to resolve problems
Requirements
- 10+ years experience required in construction activities, specifically with steel and concrete
- 5 years of supervisory experience in construction trade required
- Associate Safety Professional Certification (CSP preferred) or obtainable within two years
- SPRAT/IRATA certifications preferred
- Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings
- Understanding/Training in OSHA/ANSI fall protection standards
- Ability to pass background checks, drug tests and MVR check
- Proficient with operation of aerial lifts
