About the role
- Provide administrative support to the Customs Brokerage team
- Manage a queue of incoming electronic documents
- Identify, categorize, and manage documents in an electronic document management system
- Ensure that all electronic documents are handled in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform tracking functions of shipments moving throughout the global supply chain
- Provide data entry of shipments in the organization's primary operating system
- Support the Customs Brokerage and Customs Entry Writer team
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity
- Detail-oriented
- Computer savvy
- Knowledge of Excel and Word software
