About the role
- Create thorough, compliant, and detailed Import classifications
- Work in conjunction with management, client teams, and external parties
- Utilize Trade Applications & Software to analyze import and/or export data
- Monitor and adhere to changing priorities
- Interact with internal and external parties
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Audit Trade Analyst work for quality and compliance
- Contribute to process development and improvement
- Assist Manager in daily workflow oversight and management
Requirements
- 3 years of related experience
- High School/GED or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Import Classification
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
- Excellent customer service skills
