About the role
- Lead end-to-end people and change workstreams for complex transformation initiatives, including workforce model redesign, AI and digital transformation, HR modernization, and operating model evolution
- Serve as a day-to-day client-facing advisor, partnering with senior leaders, HR teams, and business stakeholders
- Apply structured change and transformation methodologies while adapting approaches to client culture, maturity, and pace of change
- Collaborate with livingHR Principals, project managers, and client executive sponsors to ensure alignment between business strategy, technology, and people outcomes
- Translate transformation vision into clear, actionable change and workforce enablement plans
- Conduct stakeholder, workforce, and impact assessments with a focus on how roles, skills, mindsets, and ways of working are changing
- Design and execute change, communication, engagement, and adoption strategies aligned to transformation goals
- Develop messaging, toolkits, leader enablement materials, and employee-facing resources that support new ways of working
- Partner with leaders and managers to strengthen change leadership, readiness, and accountability
- Identify resistance and adoption risks related to workforce disruption, AI enablement, and digital change, and implement mitigation strategies
- Support clients in navigating new workforce models, including hybrid work, skills-based organizations, AI-augmented roles, and evolving career paths
- Help organizations rethink how work is designed, distributed, and enabled, not just how systems are implemented
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align talent, skills, and culture with future-state operating models
- Operate as the primary execution lead (“doer”) for change and people workstreams within a defined governance model
- Align change activities to project milestones, technology deployments, and business transformation timelines
- Maintain high-quality documentation, deliverables, and status updates for internal and client stakeholders
- Track billable work and manage deliverables in line with engagement scope and expectations
Requirements
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment (required)
- Demonstrated success delivering people-centered change and transformation in client-facing roles
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives such as workforce redesign, HR transformation, technology implementations, operating model change, or digital/AI transformation
- Strong execution skills with the ability to work independently while navigating ambiguity
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with senior leaders
- Ability to balance structured methodology with flexibility and practical problem-solving
- Prosci Change Management Certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with recognized change and transformation frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change, human-centered design)
- Interest or experience in AI-enabled transformation, digital adoption, and future-of-work concepts is a strong plus
- Comfort working in project-based, evolving client environments
- Willingness to travel occasionally based on client needs
