Requirements
- Management-side California Labor & Employment practice
- Strength in wage and hour class actions and PAGA litigation
- Active California presence (remote within California supported)
- Experience leading complex matters and supervising legal teams
- Portable business with continued growth trajectory
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach to practice development
- Interest in helping build and lead the firm’s California platform
