Build, maintain, and publish the rolling demand forecast
Improve Forecast Accuracy and Bias through statistical baselines
Align with Sales & Marketing on promotional lifts and innovation plans
Drive structural improvements in run strategy, MOQ alignment, and supply hygiene
Collaborate effectively with external partners and lead internal cross functional collaboration

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
Experience in demand planning or integrated planning roles; CPG or retail strongly preferred
Direct to consumer / ecommerce experience valued
Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with planning/analytics tools
NetSuite / Oracle a plus
Comfort with Power BI (or similar BI tools)
Understanding of statistical forecasting concepts (seasonality, trend, promo lifts)
