Developer Relations

• Drive awareness of LiveKit with new developer audiences
• Plan, host, and participate in events including meetups, hackathons, developer workshops, and conferences
• Partner with Marketing to amplify events through digital channels
• Create content from events such as recaps, demos, tutorials, and blogs
• Serve as a feedback loop for the company, bringing back developer perspectives
• Represent LiveKit on stage and in community forums
• Help experiment with new event formats and engagement tactics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with DevRel, PMM, and Product

Staff Developer Advocate – Community & Events

General Counsel

• Own commercial contracting end to end — customer MSAs, order forms, DPAs, BAAs, vendor agreements, and NDAs — and build the playbooks and templates that let the GTM team move fast
• Stand up and run our privacy and data-protection program (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA) for a company built on real-time voice and media data
• Be the legal partner to Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering — the person who helps deals close and products ship, on the right side of the risk line
• Own corporate and governance work alongside Finance — board consents, equity mechanics, and entity and cap-table hygiene
• Set our posture on the things that are specific to us: open-source licensing and IP, AI governance, and telecom/SIP regulatory questions
• Manage outside counsel surgically — decide what comes in-house, and keep spend in check

Staff Product Manager, Agent Observability

Software Engineer

• Own the end-to-end billing system overhaul — CPQ configuration, quote-to-cash integration, billing platform wiring, ERP sync, and everything in between
• Design and build the integrations that connect LiveKit's product usage events to our billing platform, ensuring metered and consumption-based billing is accurate and auditable
• Establish change control, deployment practices, and audit trails for all billing-critical systems under your ownership
• Partner closely with Finance, RevOps, and Analytics to define data contracts and validate that billing outputs are correct — every time
• Build systems that can absorb pricing model changes, new product lines, and volume growth without requiring heroic one-off engineering

• Partner tightly with enterprise AEs on account strategy — co-own named accounts, align on entry points, and run coordinated multi-threaded plays to break into large organizations
• Research target accounts to craft highly personalized, technically credible outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Book discovery calls and product demos for enterprise AEs; provide full context so they walk in sharp and prepared
• Work closely with the broader GTM org — marketing, solutions engineering, and product — on campaign strategy, ICP refinement, and feedback loops that sharpen our enterprise motion
• Surface market intelligence back to the product and GTM teams; you're often the first to hear what buyers care about
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets
