Web Designer

• Own the design of LiveKit’s web surfaces (homepage, product pages, docs, and future experiences)

• Lead the design and experience across LiveKit’s web surfaces
• Establish and maintain visual quality, patterns, and consistency

Sales

• Build the Enterprise GTM motion: account strategy, multi-threaded discovery, mutual close plans, and executive alignment.
• Manage and coach enterprise AEs on complex deal execution: qualification, stakeholder mapping, competitive strategy, and negotiation.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Security/Compliance stakeholders to run technical evaluations and unblock risk.
• Build forecasting rigor for longer-cycle deals (stage definitions, exit criteria, inspection of deal health).
• Establish standards for enterprise readiness: procurement workflows, legal/security coordination, pricing approvals, and handoff to CS.
• Recruit and ramp an Enterprise team as we scale.

Enterprise Sales Manager

Product Designer

• Design and ship product-led growth initiatives focused on activation, conversion, and retention
• Own and evolve onboarding and early product experiences within the LiveKit Cloud dashboard, core product, and additional surfaces.
• Identify where developers stall, get confused, or drop off — and turn insights into clear, shippable improvements.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Docs to move from insight → experiment → shipped iteration.
• Design across product and developer-facing surfaces, including: Cloud dashboard and onboarding flows, In-product education, setup flows, and empty states, Documentation, tutorials, and developer onboarding content, SDK entry points, examples, templates, and GitHub READMEs
• Balance speed and quality — moving quickly without sacrificing usability or craft
• Contribute to and evolve LiveKit’s design system to support scalable, repeatable growth work
• Collaborate with other designers to keep the overall product experience cohesive and high quality

Product Designer, Growth

Mechanical Engineer

• Lead and evolve the design system
• Own the roadmap for LiveKit’s design system, including components, tokens, foundations, and interaction patterns
• Define and maintain standards for component quality, accessibility, and usability

Design Engineer, Design Systems

Sales Development Rep

• Build the full outbound motion from scratch — strategy, workflows, tooling, messaging.
• Own pipeline generation targets and consistently produce qualified opportunities for the Sales team.
• Develop ICP-driven outbound sequences and collaborate with Marketing on alignment, content, and experiments.
• Create reporting and dashboards that reflect funnel performance and team productivity.
• Hire, train, and coach SDRs; set the culture, expectations, and operational rhythm.
• Partner with Demand Gen to integrate outbound with inbound signals, events, and campaigns.
• Work closely with the VP of Sales to forecast pipeline and refine targeting strategy.
• Implement best practices for activity management, qualification, and handoff to AEs.

Head of Sales Development

Data Analyst

• Manage and administer our marketing stack: CRM, marketing automation, analytics, attribution & integration tools.
• Design, implement, and maintain campaign tracking, lead-scoring, and lead-routing workflows in partnership with Marketing and Sales.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance and trends in pipeline, channel ROI, conversion rates, and attribution.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to surface opportunities, highlight important trends, and influence decisions across the business.
• Maintain data hygiene and governance: manage opt-outs, consent, segmentation, contact lists, and ensure marketing activities comply with privacy regulations.
• Generate target contact lists for campaigns, manage targeting and segmentation workflows, and ensure accurate campaign operations.
• Enable self-service analytics across the Marketing team: train users, build tooling, and ensure team members have what they need to understand the impact of their work.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of systems, processes, definitions, and metrics across the GTM stack.

Recruitment

• Own interview scheduling end-to-end, coordinating across time zones and busy calendars
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a clear, timely, and thoughtful candidate experience
• Maintain a clean, accurate ATS, including stage progression, notes, and interviewer feedback
• Support offer coordination and pre-boarding, partnering with Recruiting, Finance, and Hiring Managers
• Track pipeline health and flag bottlenecks or risks early
