About the role
- Contribute to long-term strategic thinking and help define the design vision for an exciting new product area
- Craft intuitive and cohesive user experiences, from workflows and interactions to high-fidelity visuals, ensuring every detail aligns with user needs
- Advocate for user needs by conducting research, gathering feedback, and ensuring the product designs deliver measurable value
- Rapidly prototype, test, and refine ideas to continuously improve the product and deliver impactful results
- Work closely with developers to bring designs to life, ensuring high quality implementation and a seamless user experience
- Play a key role in establishing a design-focused mindset, processes, and best practices as part of LiveFlow’s growing team
Requirements
- You bring 1-3 years of design experience across the entire design stack, including speccing projects, designing workflows, visual design, interaction design, and ensuring implementation
- You have the ability to design cohesive, end-to-end systems—not just individual UI elements or standalone screens.
- You excel at breaking down complex problems and crafting creative, user-focused solutions
- You are comfortable testing, failing, learning, and refining ideas in rapid cycles
- You have deep empathy for the user and a relentless focus on delivering value
- You excel in ambiguity, solving new challenges with flexibility and a proactive mindset
- You communicate clearly and effectively, and thrive in cross-functional teams
