Performance Marketing Manager

3D Artist

• Design UI animations, micro-interactions, and transitions across our products
• Create loading states, onboarding flows, and moments of delight that elevate the product experience
• Build our motion design system — defining principles for timing, easing, and movement that scale consistently across the product
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers, and get into the codebase yourself to implement animations in production
• Bridge the gap between design and engineering — you're as comfortable in Lottie, Rive, or Framer Motion as you are in Figma

Motion Designer

Implementation Specialist

• Drive end-to-end implementations of Flow, managing timelines, migrations, and configurations to get customers live quickly and confidently.
• Be the customer's go-to person throughout the implementation journey, delivering a white-glove experience that sets them up for long-term success.
• Spend significant time on-site with customers, providing hands-on training, guidance, and support as they transition from legacy systems.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into product improvements, acting as the voice of the customer internally.
• Build and refine implementation playbooks and processes as we scale.

Implementation Manager – Accounting ERP

Events

• Build and own our event program from the ground up
• Lead intimate dinner events for CFOs and finance leaders and our presence at conferences and trade shows
• Get the right people in the room, create genuine conversations, and turn those into relationships that drive our business forward
• Travel extensively across the US, hosting dinners, running events, and being the face of LiveFlow at industry shows

Event Marketing Manager

• Partner closely with customers during their adoption phase to understand their accounting and financial workflows
• Solve complex, often ambiguous customer challenges using strong analytical judgment
• Build and review financial models to support customer use cases
• Translate complex accounting concepts into clear, actionable guidance
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across finance and operations
• Serve as a trusted problem-solver and subject matter expert

Copywriter

• Own LiveFlow’s written voice end-to-end across all major touchpoints.
• Write and refine copy for:
• Website pages and product messaging
• Emails (marketing, product, announcements, internal-facing copy)
• Conference and event messaging (talk tracks, one-pagers, signage, narratives)
• Product launches and announcements
• Sales and customer-facing materials
• Translate complex financial and product concepts into clear, compelling, human language.
• Develop and maintain a consistent narrative and tone across channels - ensuring LiveFlow always sounds intentional, confident, and differentiated.
• Partner closely with internal teams to gather context, ideas, and raw material - then turn that input into polished, high-quality writing.
• Edit ruthlessly. Raise the bar on clarity, flow, and quality across everything we publish.
• Own the words - while collaborating with designers, marketers, or agencies who bring visuals and distribution to life.

Product Designer

• Contribute to long-term strategic thinking and help define the design vision for an exciting new product area
• Craft intuitive and cohesive user experiences, from workflows and interactions to high-fidelity visuals, ensuring every detail aligns with user needs
• Advocate for user needs by conducting research, gathering feedback, and ensuring the product designs deliver measurable value
• Rapidly prototype, test, and refine ideas to continuously improve the product and deliver impactful results
• Work closely with developers to bring designs to life, ensuring high quality implementation and a seamless user experience
• Play a key role in establishing a design-focused mindset, processes, and best practices as part of LiveFlow’s growing team
