Security Engineer

• Lead and continuously improve LiveEO’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with German and international standards.
• Drive implementation, audit readiness and successful certification for BSI IT‑Grundschutz, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and related frameworks.
• Define, implement and enforce internal security policies, risk management processes and access control models.
• Lead the Workplace IT function, setting strategic direction for internal tools, device management, access logic and the vendor ecosystem.
• Manage relationships with external IT and security vendors, ensuring compliance with security and performance SLAs.
• Oversee audit readiness, documentation and interactions with certification bodies and enterprise customers.
