Security Engineer

• Lead and evolve LiveEO’s global ISMS, ensuring it meets standards for high-assurance data handling and international frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC2.
• Design and enforce internal IT security & access policies and controls as well as risk management procedures.
• Lead the technical and organizational implementation of restricted-access silos within our cloud-native environment.
• Drive implementation and successful audit for e.g. BSI certification, renew certification of SOC2 Type II and ISO27001.
• Ready LiveEO to meet additional security and quality standards.
• Provide functional leadership, support audit readiness and lead interactions with certification bodies and government bodies.

• Drive LiveEO's North American expansion and sales of our infrastructure monitoring solutions by leveraging your start-up and scale-up experience to ensure our client growth and success.
• Take ownership of your territory by executing LiveEO’s sales strategy, methodically targeting key accounts and personas, and using a value-based approach to generate deals and close customers.
• Proactively generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through independent prospecting, outreach, and networking, focusing on acquiring new clients (logos) and driving business growth.
• Leverage your expertise in MEDDPICC and Value-Based Selling to uncover customer pain points, align solutions with their business value, and optimize the sales pipeline, driving higher conversion rates and shortening sales cycles to consistently exceed revenue targets.
• Guide customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to deal closure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Customer Success teams to win and engage customers.
• Maintain full visibility of your sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and performance, providing regular and detailed updates on progress.

Account Executive – North America

• Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research high-value accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and AI-driven intent data to map out complex organizational structures.
• Omnichannel Outreach: Contact potential leads via email, phone, and social media to introduce the company’s products or services. Potential to be creative with messaging and outreach.
• Qualification of Leads: Assess the needs and potential of leads to determine their suitability for the company's offerings — you are uncovering business pain points and ensuring every discovery call you set is high-value.
• Conference & Events: Travel to conferences and trade-shows to represent the company (20% Travel). You will engage prospects face-to-face, manage booth traffic, and turn "passing interest" into qualified pipeline.
• The AE Partnership: Work in lockstep with Account Executives (AEs) to develop territory plans. You’ll provide deep account intelligence that helps win complex enterprise deals.
• Data Integrity & CRM Excellence: Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads in our CRM - HubSpot. Use data to track your conversion rates and constantly iterate on your messaging based on what the market is telling you.
• Meeting & Deals Targets: Achieve or exceed set quotas for meetings set-up and deals created.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on pipeline development and other metrics.

Account Manager

• Identify, qualify, and secure strategic partnerships across the APAC (resellers, system integrators, technology alliances, and consultancies) that open new routes to market for LiveEO.
• Build and operationalize new partnership models - from concept to contract to revenue.
• Generate and manage a multi-million-dollar qualified pipeline annually through strategic partner-led opportunities.
• Define joint go-to-market plans, create scalable enablement frameworks, and execute field collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
