About the role
- Lead a flight department at KTEB airport
- Supervise assigned personnel
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Coordinate and review training for crew and maintenance
- Develop scheduling procedures for aircraft

Requirements
- 3000 hours total time

- Management background with exceptional leadership skill
- NBAA CAM certification preferred
- Experience in training for flight operations personnel
