• We’re looking for a Product Designer to join the Workflows & Visual Builders team, where we design the tools that let businesses automate tasks, connect data, and build smarter processes — all without writing a line of code.
• Our mission: to invent a new way of building workflows that combines visual building blocks with AI assistance. You’ll help shape how thousands of businesses design automations, integrate agents, and make their everyday work easier.
• About the team: We’re a tight, cross-functional group (frontend, backend, QA, design) working on one of the most experimental and high-potential areas at Text. Today, our visual builder is live in beta with thousands of licenses, but we’re already moving fast toward its next evolution:
- Rethinking the builder UX from scratch.
- Seamlessly combining AI agents, prompts, and workflow triggers into one experience.
- Exploring how new standards like MCP (Model Context Protocol) open doors for integrating LLMs and products.
• We’re searching for a hands-on, product-minded designer who thrives on tough design challenges and loves pushing boundaries.
• This isn’t a maintenance role. You’ll work on greenfield product design challenges, shaping entirely new concepts while iterating quickly based on user and business feedback.
