About the role
- Monitor and research compliance related laws, regulations, and legislative updates pertaining to Live Nation Entertainment
- Proactively identify and discuss emerging compliance issues with the Compliance team
- Assist with drafting appropriate policies and program documentation as needed within various compliance program
- Assist with routine compliance review to ensure that regulatory and legal compliance procedures are followed and remediated as appropriate
- Assist the Compliance team with executing action items related to existing programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required and current enrollment at an accredited law school
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and project management skills
- Passionate and willing to learn
- Ability to take initiative and multi-task with strong follow-up
- Ability to learn quickly and work with a team
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work in large global environments spanning multiple time-zones
