Lead the design of compelling, customer-focused solutions in support of strategic technology concepts, proposals and capture efforts
Lead the development of technical solution strategies for strategic technology concepts, proposals, RFIs, and capture efforts
Independently facilitate solution sessions with business leaders, SMEs, and technology teams, driving consensus and alignment
Engage with customers, capture managers, and executives to refine requirements and uncover hidden needs
Translate sometimes ambiguous or undefined problem statements into actionable solution frameworks and architectures
Coordinate across diverse internal technology skillsets (cloud, AI/ML, data, cyber, case management, etc.) to bring together the best-fit solution
Develop solution narratives, white papers, graphics, and presentations that communicate strategy and value to executive leadership and proposal evaluators
Stay ahead of industry and technology trends, incorporating emerging tools, platforms, and methods into solution designs
Requirements
B.S. in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Management, or related or equivalent experience
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Solutions Architect role for US Federal Government Contracting companies supporting bids and proposals
Background in enterprise solutions for Federal agencies in the areas of case management, Cloud, Data/AI solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
US Citizenship required
Must also be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, if necessary
Understanding of workflow and process automations
Related technology certifications
Prior experience working with government agency requirements (e.g., CMS, HHS VA, DoD)
Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and policy frameworks
