Responsible for developing applications using our SaaS platform builder.
A typical day of a Platform Developer involves meeting with clients and understanding their business and its challenges, functionally outlining a solution to the identified use cases, and then leveraging a set of low and no code platform building blocks to build a solution to meet the client’s needs.
Translate business requirements into well-architected enterprise business solutions.
Develop low code applications for our clients’ complex business processes using our low-code platform, Evoke
Develop custom API integrations, custom widgets, and other custom coding with JavaScript where needed in support of project delivery
Lead technical design sessions; develop detailed technical solution documentation in support of client business objectives through flowcharts, diagrams, user guides, etc.
Conduct working sessions with clients to facilitate design decisions, user feedback, and technical alignment; resolve technical issues during client review and testing
Ensure all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology, version control, appropriate testing, and risk guidelines
Stay informed of new technologies and be aware of new platform capabilities, industry standards, and best practices
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience designing and developing solutions for complex business problems
Minimum 3 years of experience working with APIs (Application Programming Interface) (REST / Graph)
Minimum 3 years of experience using JavaScript to build rich user experiences for commercially available solutions (experience with React is a plus)
Demonstrated ability to apply data modeling concepts to design and update necessary data objects and relationships needed for new system functionality
Demonstrated ability to use mockup tools such as Figma, PowerPoint, etc. to explain design approaches
Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and No SQL structures
Fluency with development methodologies (e.g., Agile) and tools for development support (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, TFS)
Experience working with business teams to gather business requirements to build solutions
Ability to travel as needed or required
