About the role

  • Responsible for defining and driving the upstream marketing strategy for the OSA portfolio.
  • Translate market insights into clear strategic direction, investment recommendations, and product roadmaps.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to understand market positioning, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the assigned product category.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and business cases for investments across the product portfolio.
  • Establish the foundation of initial product launch plans, ensuring a smooth handoff to downstream marketing.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across R&D, Business Development, Medical and Clinical Affairs, downstream marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive culture through both people management and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in engineering, science, marketing, or business administration; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ career experience in areas such as in: Neurology, neuromodulation or related disciplines
  • Neuroscience / Pharmaceutical products
  • Sleep apnea
  • 5+ years of managing direct reports and other teams indirectly
  • Solid people management skills with direct and indirect teams.
  • Analytical decision-maker with dynamic and pragmatic problem-solving attitude.
  • Digital product experience is a plus
