About the role
- Manage high volumes of inbound leads and proactively follow up (40–50+ calls/day)
- Convert inquiries (phone, web, email, walk-in) into scheduled tours and enrollments
- Guide families through the entire enrollment journey with empathy, speed and confidence
- Drive outreach strategies and community engagement to generate new leads and referrals
- Communicate our educational philosophy, program options, and value clearly and enthusiastically
- Overcome objections with professionalism and persistence
- Attend occasional in-person events or open houses to promote brand awareness
- Forecast and hit key account metrics (monthly and quarterly sales projections and goals)
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs
- Identify areas for improvement and assist with projects to enhance the enrollment process
- Flexibility to work adjusted hours and occasional weekends to support family inquiries and enrollment events
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales, inside sales or customer service (phone sales preferred)
- Proven experience with lead conversion, outreach strategy, and objection handling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual candidates (especially Spanish-speaking) strongly encouraged to apply
