About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open positions across the company, from internal kick-off through sourcing, resume review, screening and interview coordination, and offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, and best practices
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in full lifecycle recruiting, ideally for technology/software companies
- Prior experience operating as a senior or lead recruiter in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and hit deadlines
- Professional, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
