About the role
- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of shared services processes and procedures.
- Processing daily upload files to business partners regarding vehicle flooring payoffs.
- Processing daily upload files for lien payoffs.
- Update daily volume for Home Office departments.
- Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings.
- Provide quality audits for admins to proactively resolve errors.
- Reconcile funding and monthly reserve notices from banking partners.
- Assist with monthly bank account reconciliations and reviews.
- Assist with monthly performance dashboard reporting.
- Other duties and complete special projects, as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years reporting &/or accounting experience required, preferably Analyst experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Time management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
