About the role
- Develop project plans, schedules, and track progress against key milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Coordinate project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments and functions.
- Communicate regularly with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Monitor and report on project performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts within project teams and stakeholders to maintain momentum and achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure, with experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
