About the role

  • Lead and deliver standard onboarding and implementation projects end-to-end
  • Execute technical tasks including configuration, deployment, validation, and optimisation
  • Work directly with customers during implementation phases, including leading technical discussions where appropriate
  • Follow established designs and contribute to implementation planning
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and technical considerations during delivery
  • Collaborate with senior team members on complex or non-standard architectures
  • Translate high-level designs into actionable implementation steps
  • Build effective working relationships with customers during delivery
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including implementation guides and configuration records
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during onboarding and delivery

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform
  • Microsoft Fundamentals: MS 900, AZ900, SC900
  • 3 years proven experience delivering technical implementations or onboarding projects
  • Ability to work independently on standard delivery tasks and projects
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver work to deadlines.
