Product Designer

• Own design areas end-to-end, from discovery and problem framing through flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, launch, and iteration
• Build and maintain a scalable design system across web and mobile
• Design complex financial workflows, including states and edge cases
• Make scope and tradeoff decisions with product and engineering
• Design within integration-partner capability boundaries and challenge them when needed
• Run customer research, interviews, usability testing, and prototype testing
• Translate research findings into design direction
• Define quality standards for owned areas and maintain a high craft bar
• Contribute to product strategy and shape future product development
