About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own design areas end-to-end, from discovery and problem framing through flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, launch, and iteration
Build and maintain a scalable design system across web and mobile
Design complex financial workflows, including states and edge cases
Make scope and tradeoff decisions with product and engineering
Design within integration-partner capability boundaries and challenge them when needed
Run customer research, interviews, usability testing, and prototype testing
Translate research findings into design direction
Define quality standards for owned areas and maintain a high craft bar
Contribute to product strategy and shape future product development

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product design experience
Meaningful experience with complex, multi-surface products across web and mobile
Proven fintech experience shipping financial products at depth
Experience with crypto or onchain products
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work on complex products; required with application
Experience building or significantly contributing to a design system
Comfort with technically deep product surfaces and extensive third-party integrations
Strong systems thinking across patterns, states, and components
Sharp judgment on scope, sequencing, and product value
Excellent written communication for a remote, async-first team
Fluency in Figma
Ability to work within European timezone and working hours
