• Every 2 months you'll roll-out one new location (car inspection centres; ~500k in revenue/location) - from sourcing prime real estate to launching fully operational inspection hubs and onboarding first customers:
• Proactively scout and evaluate new locations across Bavaria, Hessen, NRW, and BaWü; negotiate competitive lease contracts with realtors.
• Focus on Frankfurt and Cologne.
• Manage the conversion of leased properties into state‑of‑the‑art tech-enabled inspection hubs by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure on‑time openings.
• Provide agile support on ad‑hoc projects, addressing operational challenges at both existing and new sites.
• Embrace a mobile role, spending 80% of your time on‑site & on-the-road and serving as a key driver of our expansion strategy.
• Drive initial B2B customer acquisition by executing targeted outbound campaigns towards repair shops and car dealerships in close alignment with the sales team during the first two weeks post-launch of each site.
• Enhance our operations by identifying site‑specific issues and collaborating with our headquarter team to implement tech‑driven solutions.
