Perform weekly revenue and bank reconciliation after integration into Oracle.
Match cash transactions in Oracle Cash Management.
Prepare general ledger journal entries as part of the monthly close process.
Complete basic balance sheet reconciliations (prepaids, bad debt allowance) monthly.
Prepare unpaid report and generate invoices as needed.
Process refunds coding weekly for payment by Accounts Payable.
Support teammates on submitting chargeback requests to payment processor.
Identify unapplied cash and assist with coding and reclassification.
Process settlement payments.
Prepare netting of client AR and AP.
Support business-facing teams such as Customer Service, Sales, and Operations in the pursuit of exemplary client/customer service.
Respond to audit requests.
Adhere to all weekly and monthly accounting deadlines once assigned.
Assist teammates with miscellaneous projects as needed.

Requirements

Minimum two years accounting or Associate degree in Accounting or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot table, if, sum-if, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Must be a team player and able to work independently.
Ability to contribute to a continuous process improvement environment.
Must be able to meet or exceed monthly accounting deadlines.
Punctuality and regular attendance are essential to this position.
Oracle Fusion financial application experience a plus.
