About the role
- Telephone-based prospecting to acquire new clients and schedule appointments
- Conducting initial meetings and preparing proposals and solutions
- Independent appointment management
- Managing and strategically developing our key accounts in the area of debt collection
- Expanding existing customer relationships and actively acquiring new clients in Southern Germany
- Advising corporate clients on tailored debt collection and receivables-management solutions
- Close collaboration with the internal Operations department
- Preparing and conducting client meetings, presentations and contract negotiations
- Monitoring the market and competitors and identifying potential opportunities
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration)
- Experience in (Key) Account Management, sales or receivables management / debt collection
- Confident and professional demeanor with decision-makers (CFO, head of finance, accounting)
- Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel within Southern Germany
- Excellent written and spoken German
