About the role

  • Telephone-based prospecting to acquire new clients and schedule appointments
  • Conducting initial meetings and preparing proposals and solutions
  • Independent appointment management
  • Managing and strategically developing our key accounts in the area of debt collection
  • Expanding existing customer relationships and actively acquiring new clients in Southern Germany
  • Advising corporate clients on tailored debt collection and receivables-management solutions
  • Close collaboration with the internal Operations department
  • Preparing and conducting client meetings, presentations and contract negotiations
  • Monitoring the market and competitors and identifying potential opportunities

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration)
  • Experience in (Key) Account Management, sales or receivables management / debt collection
  • Confident and professional demeanor with decision-makers (CFO, head of finance, accounting)
  • Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel within Southern Germany
  • Excellent written and spoken German
