About the role
- Lead the strategy and execution of conversion rate optimization across digital properties. Shape the testing roadmap, mentor a growing team, and work cross-functionally to deliver data-driven user experiences that increase engagement, reduce friction, and drive revenue growth. Design and execute A/B, multivariate, and usability tests. Partner with UX Researchers to analyze user behavior and identify conversion barriers. Collaborate with designers and developers to implement and scale experiments. Segment audiences and tailor optimization strategies. Align CRO initiatives with business, product, and content strategies. Define and track KPIs and deliver performance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, UX optimization, or a related role. Proven expertise with experimentation platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, Adobe Target). Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., GA4, FullStory, Hotjar, heatmaps, or similar). Deep understanding of UX principles, web user behavior, and digital performance metrics. Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills. Data-driven mindset with a bias for testing, learning, and driving measurable results.
