Product Manager

• Own one or more GTM-ready solutions end-to-end, from definition through scalable customer deployment
• Extract learnings from customer engagements and identify patterns that can be productized
• Work with ML and inference teams to build tooling that collapses implementation overhead
• Define ICPs, pricing, and packaging for repeatable solutions
• Partner with GTM teams to scale outbound sales motions around productized offerings

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Build the GTM Finance Engine: Stand up our CRM and revenue systems, ensuring deal data flows seamlessly into financial reporting.
• Drive Sales Finance: Partner with the sales team on quotas, commissions, and bookings forecasts. Help structure deals and operationalize quote-to-cash.
• Contribute to Corporate Finance: Aid in capital allocation, headcount planning, and board reporting beyond sales support.
• Architect Processes: Design workflows connecting the revenue engine to the general ledger, automating invoicing and collections to support scale.

• Manage complex, shifting calendars for 2-3 executives, filtering requests, aligning with strategic priorities, and ensuring leadership focuses on high-leverage activities
• Maintain cross-functional continuity as the layer of stability that ensures seamless handoffs between leadership and teams
• Own the partnership experience: manage logistics and atmosphere for high-value customer and partner visits
• Coordinate global travel and distributed operations across Boston and San Francisco
• Lead SF office events and coordinate west coast regional meetings, client dinners, and conferences
• Source and manage vendor relationships (caterers, venues, A/V) while keeping events within budget
• Provide coverage and support for the CEO's EA; travel occasionally (3-5 times per year) for events
