Sales Operations Manager

• Generate, analyze, and interpret Retail and Out‑of‑Home sales reports
• Maintain dashboards and leadership reporting (including commissions, KPIs, and performance trackers)
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support commercial decision‑making
• Conduct trade investment analysis and develop tools to track ROI and accountability
• Support customer distribution analysis and prepare sell‑in presentations
• Prepare deal sheet, verify deductions, oversee the entire trade investment process from the deal submission to the deduction clearance, the ad execution, etc.
• Partner with Marketing on campaign execution, sample coordination, presentations, and promotional alignment
• Support Demand Planning with data inputs, forecast tracking, and customer portal or deal‑sheet management
• Provide insights for S&amp;OP cycles and improve forecast accuracy
• Enhance sales processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency
• Maintain shared templates, documentation, and master data (pricing, GS1, product info)
• Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive program management
• Drive adoption of new tools and best practices across the team
• Support Customer Business Managers, Canadian Retail Manager, and Sales Agency teams
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business review templates and leadership reporting
• Coordinate team meetings, agendas, follow‑ups, and onboarding processes
• Assist with invoice tracking and partner payment management
