About the role

  • You identify suitable health insurers, proactively reach out to them and initiate new partnerships.
  • You guide new insurers through the entire onboarding process and sustainably maintain existing partnerships.
  • Regular status meetings (Jour fixe), reporting and status updates — you keep all partners reliably in the loop.
  • You represent LipoCheck professionally externally and position our solution within associations.
  • You translate studies and data into strong arguments and create precise, persuasive presentation materials.
  • You take responsibility for selecting trade shows and events and present our product to medical decision-makers.
  • You listen to insurers' needs, understand technical contexts and provide structured feedback to the product team.
  • You coordinate joint projects with insurers, keeping track of structure, deadlines and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in the German healthcare system. You have experience in key account management, contract work or care management with health insurers.
  • Relationship building & professionalism. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with medical decision-makers and health insurers.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. You write clearly, document thoroughly and present complex content in an understandable way.
  • Medical device law. You can understand, assess and apply the requirements of medical device legislation.
  • Solid understanding of contracts. Selective contracts (Selektivverträge), by-law/statutory benefits (Satzungsleistungen), state aid/subsidy regulations (Beihilferegelungen) and their legal foundations.
  • Analytical working. You read studies, understand numbers, KPIs and economic logics — and can present them convincingly.
  • Presentation confidence and stage experience. Poise on stage for pitches, panels and specialist talks, with the ability to specifically convince health insurer representatives.
  • German at C2 level. Precise communication, both written and verbal, is one of your greatest strengths.
  • Software competence. You are familiar with Notion, Slack, Mailchimp, Canva or Figma.
