About the role

  • Assist customers via chat, phone, email, or ticketing tools, identifying needs and applying best practices to resolve issues.
  • Open, analyze and handle tickets for Linx (E-millennium) solutions, documenting actions clearly and in an organized manner.
  • Perform remote access when necessary, apply fixes and follow up on tests until resolution is confirmed.
  • Analyze information and route support requests with accuracy.
  • Monitor tickets end-to-end, ensuring quality and appropriate follow-up.
  • Pursue continuous improvement by addressing problems at their root cause.
  • Run SQL queries, review logs and perform other operational processes.

  • Ability to handle multiple support interactions and connections efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
