About the role
- Support the maintenance and operation of retail systems
- Handle and analyze technical and operational tickets of low to medium complexity
- Execute database queries (SQL - Oracle) to validate and analyze information
- Support processes related to PDV (POS), NFC-e (consumer electronic invoice) and Nota Fiscal Eletrônica (electronic invoice)
- Assist in analyzing retail business rules
- Perform basic validations in a Linux environment
- Support the improvement of workflows and support processes
- Log and document incidents, analyses and applied solutions
- Work collaboratively with the team following procedures and best practices
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Preferred: Knowledge of SQL (Oracle)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactivity, flexibility and willingness to learn
- Systemic thinking and ease to work in a team
- Schedule: Availability to work Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with two Saturdays per month
