About the role

  • Junior Support Analyst I to work in first-level support, focusing on initial ticket triage via IVR and using channels such as chat and phone.
  • Handle initial support interactions via IVR, chat, and phone.
  • Log and route tickets according to procedure.
  • Assist users in resolving basic and operational questions.

Requirements
