About the role
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership across Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Customer teams to define hiring needs and talent strategies.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles across the U.S., from sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation and closing.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the U.S. GTM talent market to proactively identify, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical commercial roles in competitive markets.
- Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring trends to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with our brand and values.
- Drive process improvements and maintain structured reporting on recruiting metrics.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on GTM roles in the U.S. market.
- Demonstrated deep understanding of the U.S. commercial talent landscape, including competitive companies, compensation expectations, and regional hiring dynamics.
- Proven success hiring for roles such as Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Experience recruiting for early-stage or high-growth startups, with an understanding of the pace and ambiguity that comes with scaling teams.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and move with urgency.
- Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or B2B technology environments is a very strong advantage.
