About the role
- Act as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and challenges through interviews, market research, competitive analysis, and engagement with sales teams.
- Develop compelling positioning and messaging frameworks for products, personas, and features, collaborating closely with product and sales to address specific needs.
- Craft tailored messaging for demand generation, SDR, sales, and channel partners.
- Empower the entire organization with relevant product and customer knowledge. Create essential sales collateral, including playbooks, sales plays, and pitch decks.
- Lead and execute product launch strategies, partnering with product management, demand generation, sales, and customer success teams.
- Collaborate with demand generation on content strategies to achieve product goals, producing collateral such as blogs, whitepapers, webpages, demos, and videos.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in cybersecurity product marketing, ideally in Identity (IGA, PAM, IAM) or an adjacent space like SaaS Security or asset management.
- Strong writer and public speaker who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to create stand-out marketing content and sales enablement.
- Skilled project manager who can keep stakeholders informed and projects on track.
- Technical curiosity and an aptitude for learning.
- You understand the identity ecosystem and practices.
- You represent the voice-of-the-customer and can distill actionable product roadmap recommendations from customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
