About the role

  • As a Member of Technical Staff, you'll work on whatever the most important technical problem is — backend, frontend, infrastructure, APIs, data, or something we haven't thought of yet.
  • You'll take real ownership of our core product, help scale the APIs developers use to integrate with Linq, and work across teams wherever your skills are needed most.
  • This role is for someone who is curious about everything, moves fast, and doesn't need to be pointed at the problem.

Requirements

  • Are a strong generalist who's gone deep on at least a couple of things
  • Have shipped production code at a company where speed and quality both mattered
  • Can pick up a new codebase and start contributing without a lot of hand-holding
  • Default to action over process
  • Have experience with our stack: React/Next.js, TypeScript, Go, Python
  • Have a background building or working with APIs at scale
  • Are familiar with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Heroku, Docker)
  • Have startup experience — you've operated where priorities shift weekly and nobody tells you what to do twice
