About the role

  • Own and support the monthly rolling forecast process, incorporating actuals and functional inputs
  • Maintain and enhance financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Track actuals vs. budget and forecast across all business functions
  • Support the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
  • Maintain and evolve the headcount planning model
  • Lead the 13-week cash flow forecast and variance analysis process
  • Prepare monthly management reporting, Board, and Lender reporting packs
  • Ensure alignment between financial performance and operational KPIs
  • Deliver clear, concise commentary explaining performance trends and deviations
  • Improve reporting automation and data integrity
  • Identify gaps in reporting processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles
  • Experience operating in a SaaS and/or PE-backed environment preferred
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Advanced Excel expertise (complex formulas, modeling, Power Query, etc.)
  • Recent experience with NetSuite
  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics (ARR, retention, churn, revenue and cost bridges)
  • Solid knowledge of financial statements, budgeting processes, and variance analysis
  • Experience managing cash forecasting and liquidity planning
