About the role
- Partner with business leaders, understand their business model capabilities, and create product strategy and roadmap
- Engage with business partners and other stakeholders to create and manage a demand management process to analyze, prioritize, and deliver on project and enhancement requests
- Manage vendor relationship to ensure high-quality partnership and accountability
- Drive a data-informed product design approach and integrate AI product development methodology
- Define and manage OKRs and KPIs that build confidence in the platform and ensure the platform meets the needs and goals of the business
- Engage user communities in a continuous feedback loop that drives the platform forward
- Promote and practice security-by-design, ensuring the appropriate level of controls and protections are inherent in every product
- Develop and nurture relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and strategic priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations on how technology can support and enhance business goals
- Communicate and collaborate across many levels in the organization with excellent and written communication skills
- Translate innovative ideas into functional and technical requirements to support our teams working smarter
- Guide, influence, and persuade business partners and team members towards solutions that meet business needs and goals
- Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors that challenge them to deliver world-class service for Link
- Develop business cases, user requirements, and project charters
- Intake demand and facilitate stakeholder-led prioritization, with the nimble ability to pivot as business needs shift
- Spearhead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, architecture, design, and operations teams to deliver robust, secure, scalable technology products
- Define and manage data integrations with internal and external products and platforms
- Develop and manage metrics that ensure vendors and external partners meet or exceed operational expectations
- Collaborate with Internal Audit to ensure that IT General Controls are defined as needed for projects and applications and then followed as routine operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in technology product management, ideally CRE Tech focused
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM lifecycle
- Knowledge of commercial real estate industry
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful B2B or B2C products, delivering measurable business impact
- Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and enable business partners at all levels, fostering strong cross-functional alignment
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision, decisions, and outcomes clearly in both verbal and written formats
- Extensive experience developing, managing, and executing multi‑year product roadmaps aligned to business strategy
- Strong technical acumen with the capability to partner effectively with engineering, architecture, and transformation teams
- Deep experience applying agile methodologies and using modern product management tools (eg, Jira, Confluence, Figma) to drive transparency and execution excellence.
