Billing Specialist

• Verify accuracy of billing data, correct any errors, prepare and send client invoices
• Review and enter vendor data and invoices for payment
• Research, track, and resolve client accounting inquiries
• Maintain and respond to vendor payment inquiries as needed
• Prepare and send monthly client account statements
• A/R follow up on delinquent accounts
• Work with sales to ensure accurate client billing information obtained; that entries for billing are correct and uniform for client charges
• Contact clients to obtain, verify, and update account information when necessary
• Ensure uniformity of records between accounting software and project management software
• General administrative accounting tasks as needed
• Ad hoc responsibilities as assigned
