Project Manager

• Identifies qualified linguists for projects based on project-specific criteria.
• Schedules translators, editors and proofreaders, desktop publishing (DTP), and other milestones to ensure successful project completion.
• Ensures all quality control procedures are followed for each engagement.
• Reviews and finalizes all delivered work from linguists for completeness and adherence to client specifications.
• Manages/monitors linguists and other vendors throughout the production cycle for every project.
• Provides feedback regarding linguist’s and vendor’s performance and assists in identifying areas of improvement.
• Supports Sales on project estimates and quoting.
• Supports and focuses on company Key Performance Indicators and other company-wide initiatives.
• Communicates with clients, via email or video call, as needed.
• Strives to live and exemplify the company core values.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.
