About the role
- Lead and develop go-to-market strategies for new product releases and core product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and seamless execution
- Translate technical medical terminology into clear, compelling value propositions for different audiences, including SLPs, other clinicians and healthcare professionals, care partners, and individuals with communication challenges
- Develop and deliver internal/external training programs, sales enablement materials, and product guides to equip teams with a deep understanding of product benefits and differentiation
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop launch plans that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies
- Develop compelling product messaging, content, and marketing assets to support campaigns and product adoption
- Establish thought leadership by driving strategic marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer storytelling
- Collect and analyze device usage data as well as track the success of product marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations to optimize future launches
- Ensure internal teams are aligned on product value, key differentiators, and customer pain points, reinforcing a strong internal knowledge base
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; BS/BA in Marketing or Business Preferred (MBA a plus)
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, market research or related field
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C customer journey mapping, persona modeling, and value-based messaging
- Experience in developing internal training programs and supporting sales enablement
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills; both verbal and written skills are essential
- Confident communicator who is comfortable challenging the status quo and collaborating with various campaign stake holders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Should have a flexible mindset and be comfortable working in a high-pace environment
- Ability to adhere to deadlines, SOPs, and brand standards
- Familiarity with campaign management systems (Wrike, Asana, Trello, etc.)
