About the role
- You support the Lingoda Sales Team by maintaining relationships with our external partners and nursing schools.
- You acquire new partners for our education network and take responsibility for their long-term management.
- You prepare and present our language offerings to prospective customers and external partners.
- You serve as the first competent point of contact for all customer inquiries.
- You work closely within the team and act as an interface to other departments.
- You participate in various projects and networking events within the Sales Team.
Requirements
- You have completed a university degree or commercial training and have at least 2 years of professional experience in sales and/or account management.
- Your communication is friendly and confident, so you find it easy to approach new people by phone and in writing. You are communication-strong with very good German (C2) and English skills, spoken and written.
- Confident use of common CRM tools.
- Ideally, you already have experience dealing with customers, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Nice to have: experience in the healthcare sector.
- You keep an overview even in stressful situations and know how to set the right priorities.
- A structured working style, a high degree of initiative, and strong team skills complete your profile.
