About the role

  • Maintain and update opportunities, contacts, and deal stages in the CRM
  • Ensure data quality according to defined naming, tagging, and documentation standards
  • Track deal progress, deadlines, approvals, and signatures
  • Escalate risks, delays, or unclear dependencies promptly
  • Assist in creating sales decks, proposals, contracts, and meeting notes
  • Prepare CRM data for straightforward weekly or monthly reports
  • Support collaboration between Sales, Finance, and Legal
  • Maintain organized storage and version control of sales documents

Requirements

  • Some experience with CRM systems and sales processes
  • Careful, structured, and reliable work style
  • High level of accuracy and responsibility when handling data
  • Confident user of common office tools (Excel/Google Sheets, presentation tools)
  • Strong written communication skills and professional tone (DE/EN C1)
  • Willingness to learn existing processes and apply them consistently
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn
