- Optimize production processes

- Maintain production targets
- Collaborate with production managers and operations teams to develop and maintain production schedules
- Analyze production capacity and recommend adjustments
- Monitor production activities
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist in managing optimal levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods
- Utilize data analysis techniques
- Prepare reports highlighting key performance indicators
- Assist in assessing production processes and suggest improvements
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and suggest ways for efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Some experience in production control, production planning, or related roles is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, production planning software, and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members
