About the role

  • Review clients’ plan documents and data to determine tasks needed for the payroll implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on payroll implementation solutions and functional requirement documents to be used by IT which optimize client satisfaction and achieve the desired business results.
  • Collaborate with the team to determine complex service setup requirements.
  • Administer data collection sessions with customers to compile all payroll implementation requirements, details and intricacies.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that all requirements have been captured, and all expected outcomes are returned.
  • Identify and resolve internal/external stakeholder issues/concerns in a timely and collaborative manner.
  • Provide information, education and training to external clients and internal teams on processes, procedures and/or services.
  • Contribute to the planning and design of onboarding of new retirement plans, the development of deliverables, due dates, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with external customers and internal teams to develop strong payroll implementation and conversion plans through proactive and reactive customer interactions, ensuring the overall service needs are satisfied.
  • Serve as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on routine projects related to new business implementation and conversions.
  • Identify and communicate to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality.
  • Promote and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within your assigned area of responsibility.
  • Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.

Requirements

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • 1–3+ Years of experience in relationship management that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organization/project management skills
  • Ability to work with others in a fast paced, team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail
