About the role
- Support product development, pricing, and ongoing management of moderately complex, segmented product and service offerings
- Collaborate with cross functional and enterprise teams to deliver differentiated product and service offerings with clear competitive positioning
- Collaborate with internal partners to develop product documentation, training materials, positioning, and launch campaigns
- Contribute to product roadmap planning and identification of enhancements across the product portfolio
- Provide business and technical support for group product management, including day to day inquiries and escalated field issues
- Coordinate monitoring, competitive intelligence, and market research work including detailed analysis of systematically gathered information to inform product development and service offering initiatives and documentation
- Coordinate segmented product and service offerings to meet financial and business objectives; identifies, analyzes, and escalates issues while supporting resolution with business partners
- Work with business stakeholders to redesign and improve processes supporting segmented product and service initiatives
Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience in financial services directly aligned to the responsibilities of this position
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to use data to inform strategy
- Strong working knowledge of insurance product management, development, and/or segment management
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- SharePoint experience
