About the role
- Support the Retirement Plan Services organization during our 2026 Summer cohort
- Gain experience within the Retirement Plan Solutions Account Management Team
- Support functions and client account maintenance
- Grow within the retirement industry while gaining new skills and building strong working relationships
Requirements
- College rising sophomore or junior (2028 or 2029 grad)
- Must have availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between the dates of June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026
- Exceptional communication skills
- Effective networking skills
- Ability to deal with change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
