  • Maintain routine operational reporting and dashboards for the STD & Absence Organization
  • Support analysis and on turnaround times, customer experience, and service-level performance
  • Distribute performance scorecards and reporting packages for leadership and operational teams to monitor results
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners

Requirements

  • Proficient reporting skills – ability to maintain and support reports through tools like Excel and Tableau
  • Experience with operational metrics and performance analysis
  • Ability to translate data – can identify trends and presenting findings business partners
  • Basic knowledge of the claim adjudication process within the Group Protection business
  • Nice-to-haves: Experience with SystemOne, DocsNet, and LAMs
  • Knowledge of automation or advanced data visualization techniques to enhance reporting process and insights
  • Continuous improvement mindset – ability to identify reporting gaps and recommend efficiency improvements
