Lead digital transformation initiatives that elevate efficiency, scalability, and control
Manage a team of Treasury and Operations professionals to forecast, sweep, and reconcile cash across general accounts, separate accounts, and affiliated entities
Drive roadmap and integrations for Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum), bank connectivity, and ERP platforms
Support M&A and ad hoc initiatives through strategic liquidity planning and streamlined cash transfer execution
Develop treasury policies, ensure SOX compliance, and maintain robust internal controls
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and SOX procedures; advise management of any potential non-compliance; and develop remediation plans as needed

Requirements

10+ Years experience in Treasury operations/strategy, finance or related functions directly aligns to the specific responsibilities for this role
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment
