About the role
- Attend to customers, representatives, and salespeople with the objective of finalizing the sale;
- Receive orders via email/customer portal, critically review them and verify compliance with current commercial criteria and/or those presented in the proposal (recent purchases, payment terms, carrier, delivery lead time, tax treatment);
- Verify customer registration information and gather documentation for new customer registration or updates, when necessary;
- After critical review of the order, enter it into SAP and release it to the Distribution Center Department;
- Check orders blocked due to credit or stock issues; investigate the causes of the block and identify solutions for release;
- Monitor the entire sales process through to delivery to the customer, ensuring deadlines are met and performance on Fill Rate and Promise Date indicators;
- Attach all supporting documentation for quotes, negotiations, and orders in SAP;
- Maintain confidentiality of Sales information, not sharing it with other departments or external parties outside Lincoln Electric.
Requirements
- Minimum desired education: completed degree or currently studying in administration or related areas
- Knowledge of SAP and Excel is a plus
- Experience in Commercial, Sales, or Customer Service areas
