About the role

  • Conduct visits to clients within the assigned region, focusing on selling products and services
  • Meet and exceed targets through strategic actions
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with the Commercial Policy and each customer's profile
  • Provide consultative service, identifying needs and proposing solutions
  • Resolve issues related to product use and engage technical support when necessary
  • Keep an up-to-date record for each client
  • Prepare reports of visits, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Evaluate monthly performance and assist in setting annual targets
  • Track the sales order process through to completion
  • Interact with internal departments such as Customer Care, Finance, and the technical team
  • Develop intermediate welding techniques in SMAW, MIG/MAG, and FCAW processes
  • Conduct technical demonstrations
  • Interpret product catalogs and competitive data
  • Prepare welding test specimens
  • Have basic knowledge of equipment operation

Requirements

  • Completed or in-progress Technical/Vocational education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative or Technical Consultant
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of welding equipment and consumables
  • Desirable: basic English and/or Spanish, Microsoft Office, intermediate-level ERP experience
